POWER PACK
Check and tested power
pack satisfactory. Pressure
@ 130 bar with good
temperature. Slight residual
oil found on accumulator
couplings but no leakage.
No abnormality found.

HYDRAULICS SOLENOID PANEL
There are 03 panels each seat 23 Nos soln v/vs.
PANEL 1 and 2 in HYD ROOM, Panel 3 in Bosun Store.
Several valves indentifiaction tags were missing, sorted out and listed on panel
door with permanent markers.

PRE TROUBLESHOOTING, TEST AND ADJUSTMENTS
Carried out troubleshooting, test and adjustments of all VRC valves.
Rectify and adjusted all CCR and Local blinking indication errors.

SYSTEM LEAK TEST
Tested Pressure holding satisfactory
OPEN/SHUT TIMING
signify minimal leak in complete system
Mark and noted main CO valve speed
circuitry or valve actuactors
deviations for later adjustments
after yard valve overhaul.

FINAL TROUBLESHOOTING, RECTIFICATION AND ADJUSTMENTS
After yard valve repair, reinstall, list of defects was given by C/O.
Namely, leaking from connect tubings and actuactors, valve not holding, unble to
open/close, CCR indications, reverse operation were all recified.
